We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Kharghar. Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide property consultations.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable property options.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
