Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Post job openings on job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and issue offer letters. [2, 3, 4]
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Welcome new hires and complete joining documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies. [1, 2, 4]
- Payroll and Attendance:
- Track daily attendance, leaves, and shifts.
- Send payroll inputs to finance and resolve salary questions. [4]
- Compliance and Records:
- Maintain physical and digital employee records.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (such as PF and ESIC). [2, 4]
- Employee Relations:
- Listen to workplace grievances and help resolve conflicts.
- Plan employee engagement activities to boost morale. [1, 4]
- Performance and Exits:
- Support managers during performance appraisal cycles.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage final full-and-final settlements. [1, 4]
Pay: ₹15,203.96 - ₹40,274.26 per month
