Tierra Realty is a real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales. We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to sales, customers, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple business sources.
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel and SQL to organize and analyze datasets.
- Create dashboards using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of business data.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business analytics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.
