Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Telecaller to manage and guide a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive targets, and experience in handling outbound/inbound calling teams. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, quality monitoring, and achieving sales or lead generation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to company scripts/processes.
- Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generation.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train new telecallers and provide ongoing skill development support.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints when required.
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure discipline and maintain team productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Hindi Fluency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and drive team targets.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Ability to analyze reports and improve team performance.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling outbound sales teams.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
