Minimum 3 years experience in creative design for web and print media
Must have worked at least 2 years on export projects for overseas clients
Should be able to create good, clean and attractive designs – intuitively
Conversant with web design standards, web 2.0 design guidelines and accessibility
Skilled in Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator and other Graphic Design tools
Skilled in Flash, Swish and expertise in Flash Action Scripting
Must have enough knowledge on HTML and CSS based layouts
Knowledge on Flash/PHP integration and dynamic Flash sites is required
Minimal programming skills with PHP/MySQL or JavaScript would be an advantage
