We’re looking for an Events and Community Associate to help us plan, manage, and grow our community engagement initiatives across India and beyond.
Location: Noida
Program Duration: Full-Time Role
Opportunity: Work closely with industry experts and leadership teams to strengthen Tsaaro’s brand and community presence.
The Events and Community Associate role at Tsaaro is all about creating engaging touchpoints — from online webinars and offline meetups to thought leadership sessions and professional communities.
You’ll be responsible for curating and executing events that bring together privacy enthusiasts, industry professionals, and learners who are passionate about making a difference.
You’ll get to:
Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, webinars, and meetups across different formats.
Build and manage Tsaaro’s offline/online privacy communities across platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, and other forums.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event content aligns with privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection themes.
Coordinate with speakers, partners, and attendees to ensure seamless event execution.
Develop post-event reports, engagement plans, and community growth strategies.
Create communication materials like event invites, newsletters, and post-event updates
A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or Management preferred).
0–2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or community engagement.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools like Canva or Google Workspace.
A creative, proactive, and people-oriented mindset.
