- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity

Ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Coordinate with logistics/transport partners
- Track shipments and solve dispatch issues
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of:
- Inventory
- Inward/outward goods
- Returns & damages
- Prepare MIS reports and performance reports
6. Safety & Compliance

Follow safety standards and warehouse rules
- Ensure proper storage conditions (FIFO/FEFO methods)
- Maintain cleanliness and security of warehouse
7. Process Improvement

Improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement better systems (ERP/WMS)
- Optimize workflow and operations
