Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Telecalling)
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills to connect with customers over calls, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
