Job Title: Senior Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production operations.
- Achieve production targets while ensuring quality and safety.
- Optimize plant capacity, manpower, and production processes.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and EHS teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams.

- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S
- OEE Improvement
- SAP/ERP Knowledge

Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering (MBA/M.Tech preferred)
Preferred Industry:
Agrochemical, Pesticide, Crop Protection, Specialty Chemical, Fine Chemical, or Chemical Manufacturing.
