Role Overview
As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success. From leading your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences to achieving ambitious sales goals and maintaining operational excellence, you'll shape what the Uni Seoul experience looks like every single day.
This is more than managing a store—it's about building a winning team, creating a culture of accountability, and turning everyday shopping into something memorable.
What You'll DoDrive Business Performance
- Own store sales and profitability while consistently achieving business targets.
- Monitor and improve retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business through strong commercial thinking and floor leadership.
Own Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across inventory, cash management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational discipline.
- Drive stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and adherence to company SOPs.
Lead Your Team
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that lives the Uni Seoul values.
- Create a positive, energetic culture where people are motivated to perform and grow.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment that customers want to return to.
- Ensure every interaction reflects the Uni Seoul brand and exceeds customer expectations.
- Build strong customer relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Build a Culture of Excellence
- Analyze store performance and take proactive actions to improve results.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or other high-footfall retail environments.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for developing people, solving challenges, and delivering operational excellence.
