Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our manufacturing/industrial team in Umargam. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, references, online research, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer information.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure smooth customer handling.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits when required.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
