§ 2-year Hands-on experience in Routing Switching
§ Technical certifications CCNA an added advantage
§ Responsible for implementing complete end-to-end Network Solutions for the customers
§ Manage the overall process of implementing complex, technical installations
§ Troubleshooting knowledge on routing and switching like BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VTP, STP, Ethernet channel
§ Arranging and responsibilities in scheduling upgrades
§ Investigating faults in the network platform
§ Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releasesExceptional problem solving, issue resolution and customer service skills.
§ Comfortable working in a highly matrix environment.
§ Good communication and presenting skills.
§ Motivated and proactive and ready to take more challenges.
§ Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
§ Must have ability to support flexible schedule in support of 7x24 operations.
