KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
First point of contact (SPOC) for candidates and focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and to
maximize the client experience.
Research and identify freelance interviewers across various platforms.
Evaluate Interviewers based on predefined criteria such as industry expertise, track record, client feedback,
Recruitment volume, success rate, pricing models, and specializations.
Conduct outreach and/or collect references, case studies, or portfolios where applicable.
Prepare comparison reports and scorecardsto assist in vendor selection.
Documentation and securing records from entities along with coordinate with HRs, Directors and other officials for
the interviews.
Handle candidate queries and escalation calls.
Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
