Oxford currently Looking for – Accounts Officer for Mumbai H.Q.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day E-Commerce operations and accounting activities.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing of expenses as assigned
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Getting involved in GST related work.
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain-related activities.
- Prepare MIS,sales and stock reports.
- Coordinate with warehouses for order processing and deliveries.
Requirements and skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge of computers & Tally ERP System
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in E-commerce Operations preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
