About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead specializing in PLC Programming and SCADA systems, with strong expertise in Ladder Logic. The role focuses on testing, validating, and ensuring the reliability of control systems used in energy generation and industrial automation environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on testing experience, domain knowledge, and strong communication skills to coordinate across global teams while delivering high?quality, well?documented solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Familiarity with the Energy Generation domain, including knowledge of relevant software and systems.
- Prior experience in SCADA applications, SCADA Field Device Communications, and real-time data processing.
- Good to have knowledge of Communication Protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, IEC61850, Modbus, DNP3, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, IEC60870-5-101/104, OPC UA.
