Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our healthcare and rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, billing, and branch account management. Candidates must be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, billing, and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation
- Prepare reports related to expenses, payments, and branch accounts
- Handle bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with management regarding financial activities and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting statements and supporting documents
- Support auditing and compliance-related activities
- Coordinate accounting activities across branches when required
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Experience in billing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or service industry accounting is an added advantage
