Job Summary
Fine Switchgears is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and manage business in Patiala and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/retailer management, market development, sales generation, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and electricians.
- Visit the market regularly and generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand the company’s dealer and retailer network in the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain company products, schemes and offers to customers.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Prepare daily market visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries and resolve market-related issues professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and dealer network.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred/required.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline. Candidates with experience in electrical products, switches, sockets, MCBs, LED lighting, regulators or related industries will be preferred.
