About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and the technology team to design, develop, and optimize innovative solutions that power our logistics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and Angular/React.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Work with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across both frontend and backend systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Required Skills & ExperienceBackend
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems and services.
Frontend
- Proficiency in Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Databases
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
Architecture & Development Tools
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Cloud Technologies
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in logistics, fintech, or product-based startup environments.

- Exposure to security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, SSO, and related authentication frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
