- Frontline Coaching: Shadow sales associates on the floor to coach them on upselling and cross-selling.
- Clienteling: Build and maintain relationships with high-value VIP customers to drive repeat business.
- KPI Analysis: Track and improve sales conversion rates, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Sales Training: Conduct regular workshops on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Performance Motivation: Create exciting daily sales contests and commission structures to boost team morale.
- Recruitment: Hire and onboard high-energy sales professionals with proven track records.
- Goal Setting: Assign individual sales targets to staff and hold regular performance reviews.
3. Customer Experience
- Service Standards: Establish a high-energy, welcoming, and consultative sales culture on the floor.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve complex customer issues quickly to protect the brand's reputation.
- Loyalty Programs: Drive store metrics for new customer sign-ups, email capture, and loyalty rewards.
4. Visual Merchandising & Promotions
- Strategic Placement: Arrange high-margin products and promotional displays in high-traffic store zones.
- Campaign Execution: Launch seasonal sales, clearance events, and marketing campaigns seamlessly.
- Trend Adaptation: Adjust floor layouts based on local sales trends and fast-moving inventory.
5. Daily Operations
- Inventory Alignment: Ensure high-demand, top-selling items are always adequately stocked on the floor.
- Shift Management: Schedule staff strategically to ensure peak shopping hours are fully covered by top sellers.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash drops, register reconciliations, and sales reporting.
