Shift Timing
Candidates must be flexible to work in shifts as per company requirements.
Weekly Off
Rotational week off will be provided as per company roster and operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and generating invoices, delivery challans, and billing documents.
- Maintaining accurate billing records and updating data in the system.
- Coordinating with dispatch, accounts, and production departments for billing processes.
- Verifying order details, quantities, rates, and payment terms before billing.
- Handling customer billing queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensuring timely preparation of bills and documentation.
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation of invoices and records.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Following company procedures and maintaining confidentiality of records.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of billing processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts and GST billing preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce or relevant field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts, or related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or production industry will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
- Candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
