About the Company
We are a growing manufacturing and export company specializing in high-quality mineral products. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and result-driven Marketing Manager to expand our domestic and international business, strengthen our brand presence, and generate new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, B2B platforms, trade shows, and direct outreach.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, and other business platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Identify new domestic and international markets and develop market entry strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, exporters, and industrial buyers.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports with measurable KPIs.
- Manage the company's branding and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, minerals, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and business development.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing platforms.

Salary
Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
