Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and field visits
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs
Convert leads into admissions
Maintain and update lead data regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales / education sector preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Immediate joiners preferred.
