Manage customer orders from order receipt, technical verification to final dispatch coordination.
Review drawings, sizes, specifications and follow up for missing technical details/materials.
Prepare Work Orders, BOQ/BOM, material requirements and ensure manager approval.
Generate accurate job cards with drawings, specifications and hardware details for production.
Monitor job progress/WIP across production stages and maintain the production dashboard.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Clients to ensure material availability and timely completion.
Maintain order documentation, material consumption reports and ensure on-time dispatch with minimum errors.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
