Store Incharge Job DescriptionJob Title: Store Incharge (Spinning Mill & Local Candidate Prefered)
Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Manager
Location: KADI, Nandasan Road, Dist. Mehasana
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Incharge to oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and lead our store team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, maintain excellent store standards, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular physical stock verification, and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the store is organized and safe.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shortages or damaged items.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, schedule, and train store staff to enhance productivity and maintain high standards.
- Record Keeping: Prepare daily/monthly reports on inventory levels, sales, and non-moving items.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all materials are safely stored, organized, and compliant with health, safety, and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Textile , Retail Management, Diploma in Textile or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Storekeeper, or in retail management, knowledge of engineering parts is must.
- Inventory Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
