Job Description – Manufacturing Associate (Production / Quality / Maintenance / Paint Shop)
Position: Manufacturing Associate

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction
- Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist in assembly and manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with quality standards.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Quality
- Perform visual inspection of manufactured components.
- Identify and report product defects.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency.
Paint Shop
- Support surface preparation and painting operations.
- Ensure adherence to paint quality standards.
- Maintain safety while handling paints and chemicals.
- Perform basic inspection of painted components.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Qualification (10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, UG)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Age: 19–35 Years
- Gender: Male/Female Candidates
- Language: Tamil and/or Hindi preferred
- Technical Skills: Not Mandatory
Work Schedule
- 8-Hour / 12-Hour Shift
- Three Shift Rotation:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary & Benefits8-Hour Shift
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,500 per month
12-Hour Shift
- CTC: ₹24,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹22,800 per month
