Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Head (Branch Manager – Sales & Operations) to lead our Berhampur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and leading a team to achieve business growth.
This role requires a strong leader with experience in sales, operations, and team management, preferably in printing, advertising, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations team
- Develop local marketing strategies and generate new business
- Handle client relationships and key accounts
- Monitor performance, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with management for reporting and planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in sales/branch management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven mindset with business growth focus
- Experience in printing, branding, advertising, or similar industry (preferred)
- Basic understanding of operations & business management
Preferred Skills
- Local market knowledge (Berhampur & nearby areas)
- Client handling & B2B sales experience
