We are looking for an ROI-driven Freelance Social Media Ads Specialist / Media Buyer to run our paid social campaigns.
Role Overview
We are seeking a paid social expert who is obsessed with performance metrics, conversion tracking, and high-converting ad creative. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn. Working alongside our copywriters and graphic designers, you will translate audience insights into high-performing paid campaigns that consistently lower our clients' cost-per-lead (CPL) and drive genuine pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Architecture: Strategy, setup, structure, and execution of paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager focused entirely on lead generation.
- Audience Targeting & Mapping: Build advanced targeting funnels utilizing custom audiences, lookalikes, detailed demographic/interest targeting, and strict account-based marketing (ABM) lists for B2B clients.
- Creative Testing Frameworks: Implement rigorous creative A/B testing models (hooks, copy variations, static banners, video assets) to combat ad fatigue and maintain optimal performance.
- Tracking Optimization: Collaborate with our technical tracking team to verify that the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and LinkedIn Insight Tag are capturing leads and attributing conversions accurately.
- Budget & Bid Management: Monitor, adjust, and scale daily budgets and bidding strategies to maximize client returns while preventing budget waste.
- Performance Reporting: Track and decode campaign data weekly, maintaining detailed internal optimization logs and generating clear reports for client review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of active media buying experience handling lead generation budgets on Meta and LinkedIn (Agency background is a massive asset).
- B2B & High-Ticket DNA: Deep understanding of how to generate leads for high-value niches (e.g., real estate, engineering, machinery) where buying cycles are longer than standard e-commerce.
- Analytical Mindset: Expert understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, frequency, CTR, and hook rates. You make budget decisions based on cold data, not assumptions.
- Creative Eye: Ability to brief designers and video editors effectively on what visual layouts and concepts are working best in live markets.
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
