Overview
We are a dynamic real estate developer seeking a confident, well-spoken Marketing Manager with a pleasant, professional presence to drive project marketing, strengthen broker relationships, and lead client-facing activities. Candidates with a hospitality background are preferred.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects (digital, offline, events, PR, and partnerships).
Manage campaign planning and budgets; coordinate creative production (brochures, presentations, signage, videos, photography).
Lead digital marketing efforts: paid campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram), SEO, email marketing, website content, and performance analytics.
Plan and run on-ground activations: site launches, open houses, buyer meets, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Serve as the primary company representative for brokers, clients, and partners; build and maintain strong broker networks.
Collaborate closely with sales to generate, qualify, and nurture leads; design sales enablement materials and pitch decks.
Manage external agencies and vendors (creative, media, PR, events), ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
Coach and support junior marketing staff; foster a professional, client-focused team culture.
Required qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or customer-facing industries.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills; confident presenter and negotiator.
Pleasant, professional appearance and manner; strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face engagement.
Proven experience interacting with brokers, channel partners, and high-value clients.
Hands-on with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email platforms, analytics).
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and events concurrently.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service sectors.
Local market knowledge of Delhi/NCR and understanding of buyer segments.
Experience with CRM systems and lead-tracking for real estate sales.
Preferred personal profile
Age range: 25–35 years (preferred).
Pleasant personality; well-presented and well-spoken.
Comfortable in professional client and broker-facing situations.
