Job Description:
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles, leading IT functions across, applications and service delivery in mid-scale organizations.
- Proven experience working in IT Consulting, IT Services, or IT Product Development organizations, with the ability to support both customer-facing delivery teams and internal business functions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT applications, including Microsoft ecosystem, exposure to full stack application development environments
- Solid hands-on and architectural understanding of modern integration platforms, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems, including legacy and hybrid environments such as AS400, ERPs, and third-party business applications.
- Ability to own and balance IT strategy with execution, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and reliability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Act as a key enabler for delivery, product, and managed services teams by providing secure, scalable, and high-availability IT platforms, tools, and automation to improve time-to-market and service quality.
