Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes such as tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, roti, lamb chops, and vegetarian items using a tandoor oven, maintaining consistent quality and taste
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper tandoor oven maintenance.
Deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly tandoori cooking techniques, marination, and spice blending
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience one year as a Tandoor Chef, Indian cuisine chef, or relevant culinary role is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
