We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating HMC machines with Fanuc controllers to produce high-precision components.
Job Details
- Role: HMC Machine Operator
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹42,000 per month (Depends on experience & skill test)
- Minimum Education: 10th Pass (ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field is a plus)
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Fanuc control HMC machines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation:
- Efficiently set up, program, and operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) equipped with Fanuc controllers.
- Adjust machine parameters like cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool offsets to meet specified tolerances.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform daily routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, and checking fluid levels) to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, tooling malfunctions, or programming errors promptly.
- Quality & Precision:
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and process sheets.
- Monitor machine performance (spindle speed, tool wear) and use precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers) to ensure zero-defect production.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Strictly follow workshop safety protocols, including wearing PPE and implementing lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate logs of production runs, machine settings, and programming codes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th standard completed.
- Core Skill: Deep operational and programming knowledge of Fanuc Controls.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in G-codes and M-codes programming for Fanuc systems.
- Measurement Skills: Ability to use and read precision measuring tools accurately.
- Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving abilities, punctuality, and a focus on safety.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
