Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for domestic (India) and international purchases.
- Source and procure Cyber Security and Digital Forensics products, software, hardware, licenses, and related services.
- Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), authorized distributors, and channel partners for pricing, product availability, lead times, and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, domestic vendors, and international suppliers.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and global vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendor selection.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agencies for smooth domestic and international deliveries.
- Handle import procurement documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates of origin, and other compliance requirements.
- Monitor vendor and OEM performance, delivery timelines, quality, and service levels.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, OEM agreements, and vendor databases.
- Track market trends, pricing, new product launches, and technology updates in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics.
- Work closely with finance for invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and budgeting.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Skills

- Understanding of import/export documentation and international logistics.
- Experience working with OEMs, authorized distributors, and channel partners.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement systems.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling procurement across India and international markets.
- Familiarity with import regulations, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
Pay: ₹10,843.83 - ₹37,299.63 per month
