ob Title: Assistant Manager – HR (Manufacturing)
- Responsible for manpower planning and workforce budgeting as per plant requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and overtime management.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, and labor law requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and control attrition.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and government regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower analysis, and compliance dashboards.
- Assist in performance management, training, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR
Experience: 5–8 years in Manufacturing HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, and Compliance.
Pay: ₹15,513.59 - ₹54,471.50 per month
