Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and service-oriented Room Boy / Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and presentation while ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and designated areas as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain proper cleanliness of guest rooms.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, damages, missing items, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all room facilities, furniture, appliances, and amenities are properly arranged.
- Remove garbage, used linen, and room-service items from guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and assigned storage areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost-and-found items, and unusual observations to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain adequate stock of linen, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies.
Guest Service Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and requirements.
- Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy.
- Escalate guest complaints or special requests to the supervisor when required.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Safety & Hygiene Responsibilities:
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, fire, and security procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely.
- Maintain proper personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Skills & Competencies:

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality qualification will be an advantage.
- Freshers can apply; previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
