Job description
Talent Acquisition:
- Candidate must have an experience in hiring & closing the positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment and selection process
- Closure of junior level to senior level positions within the assigned TAT
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Implement and communicate changes in policies as needed
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in collaboration with management
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation
Data Management:
- Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information
- Generate reports on key HR metrics for management review
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs
- Work closely with operations teams to understand workforce requirements
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities
- Candidates should be open to working in night shift
