Job Description: HR Executive Position
The HR Executive will be responsible for partnering with department managers to design job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and select the right talent. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate and timely distribution of salaries, bonuses, and deductions while maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to draft and update job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Administer payroll, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
