What You’ll Do:
✅ Train and mentor restaurant team members
✅ Support onboarding and learning initiatives across outlets
✅ Ensure SOP and service excellence standards are maintained
✅ Coordinate with operations teams for effective staff development
✅ Travel to outlets for field training activities
Eligibility:
✔ 2025 Graduates from IHM / Hotel Management Institutes
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Passion for hospitality and people development
✔ Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
