About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep CIB expertise to join our consulting practice in a permanent, client-facing delivery role. The ideal candidate combines strong domain knowledge with sharp Business Analysis skills, a practical understanding of AI in financial services, and outstanding communication abilities. Experience in back office finance is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CIB consulting engagements, serving as the primary client point of contact
- Produce high-quality BA documentation including BRDs, Functional Specs, Process Maps, User Stories, and TOM artefacts
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications bridging business and technology teams
- Advise clients on AI application within CIB — including use case identification, feasibility, and business case development
- Build and manage trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (VP to MD level), facilitating workshops and executive presentations
- Lead and mentor junior team members, maintaining high delivery and documentation standards
- Support business development through proposal writing, solution scoping, and thought leadership
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience with 5+ years in a CIB consulting or advisory role
- Deep CIB domain knowledge across two or more of: Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Risk, or Compliance
- Proven BA experience with a strong artefact portfolio delivered on live engagements
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in banking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — precise, confident, and audience-aware
Nice to Have
- Experience in back office finance — settlements, reconciliations, accounting, or operations
- Familiarity with platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Temenos, or Finastra
- MBA, CFA, FRM, CBAP, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm, Big 4, or specialist CIB advisory
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
