We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for property listings, websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content for real estate websites, property descriptions, blogs, articles, and landing pages.
- Create content for social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Research real estate market trends and industry-related topics.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective marketing content.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
- 1–3 years of content writing experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
- Ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in MS Office and content management tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate marketing content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation.
- Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
