Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for non-IT positions.
- Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking to attract top talent.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and present reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of non-IT recruitment across multiple domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in HR tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience in non-IT roles.
- Prior exposure to volume hiring and niche role recruitment is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
