Vidya Sanskaar International Public School invite applications for the position of Academic Coordinators to supervise the following sections: Nursery–Class 2, Classes 3–5, Classes 5–8, and Classes 9–10.
The candidate should possess a Master’s degree with B.Ed. and have a minimum of 5 years of combined teaching and academic administrative experience.
The role involves academic planning, curriculum implementation, classroom supervision, teacher mentoring, lesson plan monitoring, assessment oversight, and ensuring quality teaching–learning practices.
The coordinator should demonstrate excellence in teaching pedagogy, academic planning, leadership, and team management, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Additional qualities include data-driven decision-making, problem-solving ability, discipline enforcement, adaptability to NEP/CBSE guidelines, proficiency in documentation and reporting, commitment to professional ethics, and a result-oriented approach to continuous academic improvement.
