Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Shearing / Bending Machine Operator to operate sheet metal machines and produce accurate components as per drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate shearing machine to cut metal sheets to required size
- Operate bending / press brake machine for sheet metal bending
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job orders
- Set machine parameters, tools, dies, and gauges before operation
- Ensure proper measurement using Vernier, scale, angle gauge
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Knowledge of MS, SS, Aluminum materials
- Ability to handle bending & shearing machines
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
