Seeking a strategic HR leader to drive organizational development, leadership hiring, performance management, culture building, and HR transformation initiatives. The role will support business expansion by building scalable systems, strengthening leadership capability, and driving operational excellence.
Lead leadership and senior-level hiring
Drive organization design and succession planning
Develop SOPs, governance systems, and scalable HR processes
Implement performance management frameworks and OKRs
Lead learning & development initiatives
Drive HR technology, ERP, AI, and automation projects
Manage employee relations, culture, compensation, and compliance
Partner with leadership for business-aligned HR strategy
