Job Summary
Fun-Learn Day Boarding School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable English Teacher to join our academic team. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students, deliver engaging English lessons, and contribute to their academic and personal development in an English-medium learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach English Language and Literature using interactive and student-centric teaching methods.
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and engaging learning materials.
* Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication through classroom activities.
* Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom atmosphere.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and other academic activities.
Qualifications
* M.A. in English from a recognized university.
* B.Ed. is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
* Candidate from an English-medium school background (preferably Convent school).
* Excellent communication, pronunciation, and classroom management skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology into classroom instruction.
Salary & Benefits
* Starting Gross Salary: ₹24,000 per month.
* Provident Fund (PF) and Medical Benefits applicable after successful completion of the probation period.
Transportation Facility
Pick-and-drop transportation is available for candidates commuting from:
* South Kolkata (from Rashbehari)
* North Kolkata (from Esplanade)
