Urgency of Role : Immediate Requirement
Role Purpose: This is a unique hybrid role for a technically-minded individual with a creative soul. You will be responsible for the health of our IT systems while simultaneously leading our visual digital identity. Being the visual voice and digital backbone of TPM Williams, you will lead the design and production of all brand collateral—from social media to high-level technical documents—while ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
You are responsible for maintaining 100% system reliability, secure data governance, and website optimization. This includes the meticulous setup, maintenance, and control of our project folder structures to ensure streamlined document flow. You will manage the complete IT lifecycle for our personnel, overseeing professional IT onboarding and offboarding for all staff. Given our multi-jurisdictional presence, you must adeptly navigate the varying regional weekend structures between India and the GCC, remaining available for 24/7 emergency IT support to ensure zero downtime for our teams.
Duties include:
1.Creative Design & Brand Collateral
- Visual Identity: Manage the design and production of all brand collateral, ensuring every document is polished and aligned with global brand standards.
- Portfolio & Brochures: Enhance the current templates of each type of technical documents in alignment with the branding and regularly update the company’s digital portfolio as well as brochures for client submissions in the UAE and KSA.
- Content Creation: Manage the production of social media engagement materials and high-level technical documents.
2. Data Governance & License Management
- Secure Storage: Manage encrypted online storage (SharePoint/Azure) for confidential company data, project bids, and employee records.
- Software Compliance: Maintain a central registry of all software licenses (e.g., Office 365, AutoCAD, CostX) to ensure 100% legal compliance.
- Timely Data Access: Guarantee prompt and secure access to company data for employees as and when required, ensuring no bottlenecks in the flow of information between the site and the office.
- Deployment: Ensure that all new-hire laptops are configured with the "Standard Company Image" (pre-loaded with necessary security protocols and coded forms) before deployment.
3. Systems Performance & User Support
- System Functionality: Monitor and maintain the continuous functioning of all company laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular system health checks and hardware updates to prevent failures.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software glitches promptly.
4. Web Management & SEO
- Website Maintenance: Oversee company website management, including routine coding updates and debugging to ensure 100% uptime.
- Digital Optimization: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search rankings and overall website performance.
5.Social Media & Digital Content
- Content Creation: Conceptualize and design engaging posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to showcase our project milestones in the GCC.
- Engagement: Create digital banners, infographics, and short-form video content/GIFs to increase brand visibility.
- Website Updates: Support the team in creating web-ready graphics and updating visual content on the company website.

Skills
Software Expertise (Mandatory):
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expert level in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint (essential for formatting quotations and profiles).
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both social media design and long-form document layout.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in typography, alignment, and "zero-error" document formatting.
- Deadline Driven: Ability to handle the fast-paced "Submission Deadlines" typical of the UAE and KSA construction markets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is a must.
- Business acumen: the ability to understand professional scenarios and cope with them effectively.
- Organization: the ability to manage various tasks and deadlines in a systematic way.
- Teamwork: the ability to collaborate and cooperate with others in the HR department and the organization.
- Confidentiality: the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science
- A formal certification or demonstrated advanced coursework in Graphic Design or Digital Media Production.
- Additional Certifications like Microsoft Azure / CompTIA Security / CCNA would be a plus.
Experience in Years:
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional design & IT Administration experience, ideally within a corporate or construction/engineering environment.
