Introduction: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall scope, schedule, budget, and quality of IT projects.Role and Responsibilities: - Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project schedule, including all tasks and deadlines.
- Identifying the requirements, converting them into the task and assigning them to the team.
- Managing the task distribution among the team members after assessing the effort involved in each task.
- Ensuring a healthy workload for all team members while also making sure that timelines are met.
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within the timeline and budget constraints.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and project team members.
- Facilitate team meetings and foster collaboration and communication among team members.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Manage project change requests, assessing impacts on schedule, budget, and scope.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create lessons learned reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Able to solve technical queries of team members to be able to proceed with the tasks assigned.
- Able to decide on the right tech stack and general architecture for the project.Requirement(s): - Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a developer.
- Should be familiar with Sprint planning.
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in software development, web development, and/or infrastructure projects.
