Head of Sales – B2B Interior Fit-Outs
Role Summary
Lead the business development and sales function for commercial interior fit-out projects, driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, developers, architects, consultants, and project management firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, and consultants.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare proposals, commercial bids, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams for successful project delivery.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.
- Knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs, workplace design, and construction processes.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strategic planning and team leadership.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Experience
- 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in commercial interiors, design & build, fit-outs, construction, or workplace solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
