*Job Summary*
The CRM Executive in the real estate sector is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the property sales cycle. This role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining customer data.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage and track leads generated from marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule property site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, and management.
- Provide property details, project updates, and documentation support to clients.
- Ensure proper communication during booking, registration, and possession stages.
- CRM Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Update lead status, customer details, and sales progress regularly.
- Generate reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate CRM or customer service preferred
