Location: Work from Office – Malleswaram, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
CTC: As per Industry Standards

About the Role
Val-Ed Initiatives is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Curriculum & Content Team. The role focuses on curriculum design, content development, and impact assessment for Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Values & Character Education Programs.
The position involves:
- Client interaction
- Framework building
- Lesson planning oversight
- Repository management
- Impact evaluation
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum & lesson plans for children aged 3–16 years (Offline & Online delivery).
- Research and develop teaching materials: Activities, Stories, Games, Techniques, Videos, etc.
- Design events for children, parents, and teachers (Online/Offline).
- Conduct structured impact assessments of curriculum and content.
- Develop outreach content for proposals, talks, newsletters, social media, brochures, and website.
- Ensure safe and structured storage of proprietary content.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and coordination with consultants/freelancers.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Experience in curriculum design & lesson planning.
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Values Education
- Life Skills
- Well-being
- Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
- Character Education
Required Skills
- Excellent written & spoken English (Hindi/Kannada preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google tools.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.
- Strong research, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, adaptability & responsiveness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
