Job Description Summary – Robotic Senior Mentor
We are looking for a Robotic Senior Mentor to deliver engaging robotics education programs across schools, mentor students and trainers, and ensure successful execution of robotics classes, assessments, projects, and competitions.
The role involves hands-on teaching using IoT, Raspberry Pi, Python, Java, and Arduino, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, conducting assessments, and guiding students in building innovative projects for school expos and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled robotics classes at assigned schools.
- Mentor students and support their academic and project milestones.
- Evaluate student performance and submit regular MIS reports.
- Conduct assessments and prepare half-yearly/year-end reports.
- Lead and coordinate school project expos and competition participation.
- Maintain and safeguard robotics kits and components.
- Train school mentors and part-time trainers.
- Create project manuals, workbooks, and learning materials.
- Provide online/offline technical support to students and trainers.
- Ensure smooth program delivery across multiple schools while adhering to school and company guidelines.
